The Process
Online
Order your products online, then provide details about about who you are and what personalisation you require in the notes sections at checkout.
Alternatively you may register using your email and phone number let our team know you require personalisation.
Telephone
Give the team a call to discuss your requirements, we can generate the order, provide a quote and order for you to approve.
If you're unsure about sizes don’t worry, we can supply samples of all products for your team (Additional costs may apply).
Artwork Supply
We accept the following file formats PDF, JPG, PNG
If you need artwork, call the team on 01202 282002 to discuss your requirements.
We can put together a design from your brief or generate high res artwork from other formats
(Additional costs may apply).
Printing and approval
Once your order and your proof is approved we will typically turn around orders within 7 working days (Subject to order size).
We will confirm this via order acknowledgment once your proof is approved.
