There are a few quick steps taken to complete your order for embroidered workwear to your desired satisfaction.

First, you should select which workwear and quantity you require.

Please note embroidery is an ideal solution for smaller orders, however we recommend screen-printing for larger orders to be more cost-effective. 

For your added convenience, we’re able to send samples of our workwear to work out your exact size requirements.

Then you should state exactly how you’d like your workwear to be designed. Either give us a call to discuss on 01202 282002 or leave a customised message on checkout.

We are currently in the process of updating our website and soon will allow customers to amend their order to include personalisation details prior to checkout and pay in advance.

Please provide us with exact details of where the logo is to be stitched (either on the left-breast and/or the back), and email  orders@tradesetter.com with your design (We accept the following file formats: PDF, JPG, PNG).

Embroidery machines are only compatible with very specific files. We have software to convert any file into the correct format. By digitalising the artwork, our team can then generate high resolution images to resize and alter to any requirement. 

We provide the service to give you peace of mind but at an additional cost will be charged once per order. I.e., regardless of volume ordered, you will only be charged once.

Embroidery software uses numbers to show which colours will be stitched in what order. To help our expert, you should specify which colours, and how many are required while submitting your artwork or request. 

We will send you a proof of your design via email, as per the example below:

Once your order and your proof is approved, we will confirm this via order acknowledgment. 

Our highly skilled and experienced embroider will then observe the automated process to ensure your workwear design matches your expectations.

Please note that there is a set up cost (once per order). 

We will typically turn around orders within 7 working days (Subject to order size).
